Billing

  1. Credit Card Purchase: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted by Digicomp. (For international orders we accept wire transfer only.)No surcharge will be applied to any credit card purchase. Digicomp will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a secondary address please contact your credit card company and have them note the alternate shipping address. This procedure will not affect your billing information whatsoever, and will be automatically deleted from your account within 24 hours. Our policy protects you, the consumer against credit card fraud, and only takes a moment of your time. Please pay notice that it is the customer's responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses, and by not doing so, your order will be delayed in shipping.
  2. C.O.D Cashier's Checks will only be accepted by our domestic customers. Please fax a copy of the cashiers check to (323) 460-7047 to have your order shipped out. Your order will not be processed without faxing a copy of the check. Please don't mail us the check, it must be present at the time of delivery of your equipment by the mail carrier.
  3. Prepayments by Wire Transfer are possible by transferring funds to the account listed below. Your order will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival to our bank account. To check your order status, please contact our offices by calling (323) 460-7077 and ask for the shipping department.

Shipping

  • Most Credit approved orders placed before 12:00PM PST will within 24 to 48 hours. Be sure to follow the directions on the purchase page regarding billing and shipping information so your order is not delayed.
  • Digicomp reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers (Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, Airborne Express)
  • If your order has been shipped and is refused by you at time of delivery, there will a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders for shipment outside the United States are subject to additional billing charges, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

I received the wrong product:

  • Digicomp makes every effort to ship out the correct items. Occassionaly we do make mistakes.
  • In the event you do receive the wrong item please notify us by email Customer Service/Tech Support and we will respond within 24hrs.
  • You can also call our Customer Service Department at 323-460-7077 and one of our representatives will help you.
  • It is very important that when you receive the wrong item you notify us immediatly. This will enable us to issue
    1) ship you out your correct item and
    2)Issue a "call tag" or a "third party pick" in order to receive the goods back.

Return Policy

The following is Digicomp's policy on returns, please read it carefully.

1-7 days: Customer is responsible for paying a mandatory 20% restocking fee, and is also responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges for both ways.

Please pay notice that Digicomp under no circumstance accepts returns after the 7th day.


Claims

Digicomp personnel take the utmost care in packaging your products for shipment. Occasionally, however, a package may become damaged due to mishandling by a carrier. If you have received a damaged product please call our customer service department immediately for further assistance. You may reach them at (323) 460-7077 or via e-mail at macpro@earthlink.net


Defective Products

All defective equipment that is being returned to Digicomp must be given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To receive an RMA number please call our service dapartment at (323) 460-7077 for assistance. Please do not send back any equipment without an RMA number, as our shipping department will reject it. RMA numbers are issued only within the seven day grace period after the customer has received the merchandise.
Please refer to the manufacturers warranty agreement after the 7th day of receiving your equipment.

To request an RMA number please do the following:

  1. Please call (323) 460-7077 for a RMA number.
  2. Please include a photocopy of your original invoice.
  3. Write the RMA # that is given to you on the shipping label only. Do not write on or mark the manufacturer's packaging.
  4. Return (with copy of invoice) by desired carrier to:

  5. Digicomp will verify serial numbers and claimed defects prior to shipment of replacement unit.

Items returned D.O.A must be received by Digicomp with ALL original contents, and must be in like-new condition (other than the defect). The following charges will apply to any of the following cases:

  1. Item or items not found to be defective: Minimum 1 hour labor at $75.00/hr.
  2. Missing or abused items: Cost to replace

Pricing and Information Disclaimer
We at Digicomp do our best to give you a user friendly site that provides up to date accurate content, including product information, pricing, policies, and images. Pricing, and product availability are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to limit quantities. Graphic images are shown for representation purposes only and we reserve the right to display images that best depict the item we're selling. Prices displayed on our site are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. While Digicomp tries in good faith to make sure the information published in our "store" is accurate, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.


Product Compatibility
Digicomp is not responsible for any damages or monetary loses due to product incompatibility. It is up to the customer to determine if any products purchased from this website is usable in their location. Refunds will not be made for product incompatibility reasons.
